Within 8 weeks he transformed himself. The proof is Sushant Singh Rajput’s trainer, Samee Ahmed, sharing the workout story.

“It was Sushant’s character that got him of bed at 5 am in the morning, his commitment that moved us into action for our daily workout, the discipline that enabled him to follow through a fit and healthy lifestyle,” Samee wrote before describing Sushant’s daily routine.

“Sushant would sleep for 5 hours, wake up at 5 am in morning, train for two hours that would be followed by 14-15 hours of shooting and two hours of dance rehearsals for IPL.”

Renowned for his determination, Rajput forged his bulky muscular body to a ripped and cut physique with chiseled pecs, a rock-hard six-pack, and a solid abdominal “V” to show off.

Recently, Sushant Singh Rajput visited NASA & was trained in neutral buoyancy,  spacewalk drills, and moonwalks, experiencing zero gravity and Orion simulations. All the efforts for his upcoming movie Chanda Mama Door Ke releasing on 26 January.
